Radnor Historical Society is our co-sponsor for this
Pennsylvania Humanities Council event. Commonwealth Speaker, George W. Boudreau, the author of Independence: A Guide to Historic Philadelphia, will explore Independence Hall and the Square that surrounds it. Boudreau is an Associate Professor at Penn State. At the event, he will discuss why the hall sits where it does, why it looks like it does, and how its creation reflects the culture and society of 18thcentury Pennsylvania.
