As described by the instructors: "It becomes apparent that in order to break through and explore richer experience, we need a sustained period of time in which to be silent and still. Put simply, in order to grow, we need to retreat from our daily lives to engage in self-study and allow our practices to saturate our entire being."
The retreat schedule is as follows:
- 9:00 am Yoga Practice with focus on Movement Principles
- 11:00 am Mindfulness Meditation Instruction and Practice
- 12:00 pm Light Lunch (included)
- 1:00 pm Exploration of Meditation Practices with Q & A
- 2:00 pm Yoga Practice with focus on deep restorative poses
Yoga experience necessary. No meditation experience necessary. Registration required.
