A unit manager at the home said another nurse reported seeing Spingler fondle the victim as well, which led staff to determine Spingler shouldn't be alone with the victim.
And the manager said she saw the third alleged incident herself.
"I noticed Mr. Spingler’s left arm around her back and his left hand was placed where her chest area would be … and that he was grasping with more than what appeared to be material, because the material was relatively thin and this was a good grasp," the manager told the court.
Main Line Media News reports Spingler plans to take the stand to defend himself.
Spingler's trial resumes Thursday.
