Authorities in Delaware County say those facial tattoos were clues that led to police to the 19-year-old Lansdowne man, who was wanted for an early-morning armed robbery.
Upper Darby superintendent of police Michael Chitwood told the Philadelphia Inquirer it was "not hard" to identify Wettlaufer, who was easy for the victims to spot in a photo lineup.

Wettlaufer has been charged with robbery, conspiracy, possession of a weapon, simple assault and related crimes, according to court documents.
He was arraigned Wednesday and is being held at the Delaware County jail on $250,000 bail, court records show.

Wettlaufer pulled a gun during an early-morning robbery in the Drexel Hill section of Upper Darby on July 20, the Delaware County Times reported.
