In December 2025, the Smith County District Attorney’s Office indicted Robinson, and the warrant was delegated to the Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force.
During the course of the investigation, information was developed that Robinson was employed at the Radnor Township Middle School as a paraprofessional.
Robinson has been placed on leave and will not have contact with students, the district said. When he was hired, all required background checks were completed, according to district officials.
"Student safety is our top priority," the district said.
After being taken into custody without incident Thursday, Robinson was taken to the Radnor Township Police Department for processing and is now being held at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility, where he awaits extradition to Texas.
The Radnor Township School District said it is cooperating fully with law enforcement and said there is no information indicating any misconduct involving district students.
Families of children to whom Robinson was assigned have been contacted by district administration.
"Crimes against children are some of the most serious warrants our task force investigates. Mr. Robinson’s arrest demonstrates sexual predators will always be pursued relentlessly by the Marshals Service," Robert Clark, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal for the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force," said.
The Radnor Township School District is offering counseling resources for students as needed.
