Handicap Placard Stolen From Vehicle In Wayne
Radnor Police said the vehicle was unlocked and parked at an apartment complex in Wayne when the placard was stolen.
WAYNE, PA — Police in Radnor said a handicap placard was stolen from a vehicle back in October.
According to police, the theft occurred on Monday, Oct. 28 on 151 Sugartown Road in Wayne.
The victim's car was parked in the lot of the apartment complex and was unlocked.
