High-End, Mixed-Use Apartment Complex Coming Soon To Wayne
A restaurant, a boutique fitness studio and a children's activity space will occupy the commercial space below, according to the developer.
WAYNE, PA — An upscale, mixed-use apartment complex is coming soon to downtown Wayne.
Apartments at Wayne Station will feature 24 apartments situated above 10,000 square feet of retail space. The complex is located at 150 Lancaster Ave., a short walk from Wayne station.
Pre-leasing has begun for some of the apartments.

"We're excited to be approaching the finish line with Apartments at Wayne Station," said Dan Berger, CEO of Berger Communities, a national real estate developer that owns the complex. "Construction is moving along quite nicely and ahead of completion this spring."
Located in the heart of an affluent downtown, the luxury (and location) come at a price. Listings show monthly rents for one-bedroom units ranging from $3,350 to $3,455.

Rent for the two-bedroom units has not been posted yet.
Amenities will include custom California Closets, quartz waterfall countertops, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in ceramic tile showers, and in-unit laundry rooms with sinks and cabinetry, according to Berger Communities.
All commercial space at the complex has been leased. It will feature a restaurant, a boutique fitness studio and a children’s activity space, a Berger Communities spokesperson told Patch. The business names weren't specified.
Some of the businesses could open this summer at the earliest.
