Hunt Continues For Suspect After 2 Men Killed In Delco Crash, Shooting

Two men who had no connection to one another were killed on I-95 in a series of events described by authorities as "senseless."

RIDLEY, PA — Two men who had no connection to one another were killed on I-95 in Delaware County in a series of events described by authorities as "senseless."

Over a week has passed since the Sept. 13 deaths of Clinton Martin, 29, of Lansdowne, and Joshua Waltz, 33, of Odessa, Delaware. Officials are continuing to search for the suspects.

A $4,000 reward has been posted by Pennsylvania State Police for anyone who has information related to the crash that leads to an arrest or conviction.

The incident occurred just north of Ridley Township just before 10 p.m. near the ramp to I-476.

State police said Waltz got a flat tire and pulled over on the side of the road to inspect it. He then stood behind the vehicle on the shoulder to inspect it, police said.

Martin, meanwhile, was driving on the highway when someone in another vehicle shot him, killing him, according to police. He lost control of the vehicle and crashed into Waltz, killing him.
