'Inappropriate' AI Depiction Of Main Line Students Leads To Charges: Police
Authorities in December said they were investigating an "inappropriate" artificial intelligence depiction of local high school students.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — About a month after an investigation into an alleged "inappropriate" depiction of Radnor High School students made using artificial intelligence, a juvenile has been charged.
Radnor Police on Friday provided an update on their investigation, which was launched in early December. Back then, authorities alerted the public to a purported AI generated video that depicted students "in an inappropriate manner."
Police Friday confirmed the video showed "non-consensual sexualized imagery of multiple juveniles" in Radnor.

After working with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and the county Internet Crimes Against Children Detective Division, Radnor Police said a juvenile has been charged with harassment in connection with the video.
Details on the person charged were not shared.

"Please be alerted to the dangers of AI and that criminal use of it will be investigated and charged appropriately," police said.
