Kentucky Man Charged For New Year's Eve Burglary In Radnor
The man allegedly broke into Jersey Mike's on New Year's Eve after throwing bottles at the business' windows, police said.

WAYNE, PA – A Kentucky man was arrested and charged with burglary, disorderly conduct, and related charges after allegedly breaking into a Radnor Township business in late December.
Davis Griffith Barkley, 22, of Louisville, Kentucky, has been charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, possession of an instrument of crime, and public drunkenness in connection with a Dec. 31, court records show.
Barkley allegedly broke into the Jersey Mike's on East Lancaster Avenue in Wayne on that date, according to Main Line Media News.

Barkley was released on $40,000 unsecured bail at his Dec. 31 preliminary arraignment.
Police said they were called to the store when a panic and fire alarm went off at about 3:45 a.m., Dec. 31.

Officers later found Barkley nearby, who told them he was inside the business after throwing bottle at its windows.
Barkley is set to appear for his preliminary hearing on Feb. 22, court records show.
