
Knife cutting skills are a basic requirement for chefs of all levels. Hone yours with Chef Chiwishi as you learn how to safely use several knives while preparing a meal. The menu, which includes steak salad, small heirloom tomatoes and crusty croutons, will utilize steak, chef’s, paring, Santokou and serrated knives. Bring yours from home if you have them; there will also be extra available for your use in our kitchen. This class is being presented in conjunction with Kitchen Kapers of Wayne.
