Lancaster Ave. Lanes Closing Next Week In Radnor

Work continues to progress on the Lancaster Avenue-spanning pedestrian bridge and will again affect traffic.

RADNOR, PA – As work continues to progress on the Lancaster Avenue-spanning pedestrian bridge in Radnor Township, traffic will again be affect during the week, PennDOT said.

According to PennDOT, right lane is scheduled to close on eastbound and westbound Lancaster Avenue) between(Spring Mill Road and Ithan Avenue.

The closures will be in effect between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday, July 10, through Friday, July 14, PennDOT said.

The work is part of a $3.7 million local project to construct a new pedestrian bridge over Lancaster Avenue to connect Villanova University and the SEPTA platform.

The entire project is expected to finish in December 2018.
