Lancaster Ave. Limited To 1 Lane Nightly This Week In Radnor
From 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning, motorists will find a portion Lancaster Ave limited to one lane as bridge work continues.

WAYNE, PA – A stretch Lancaster Avenue in Radnor Township will be limited to one lane nightly this week to accommodate work on the pedestrian bridge connecting the SEPTA platform and Villanova University.
The road will have a single-lane pattern nightly beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at 5 a.m. the following morning between Spring Mill Road and Ithan Avenue, PennDOT said.
These overnight closures begin Monday, Dec. 4. The final nightly closure will be lifted at 5 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time when traveling through the work zone.
The contractor’s schedule is dependent on the weather.

The Lancaster Avenue-spanning bridge is set to be completed in December next year.
Villanova University will own and maintain the bridge when it is finished.
