Lancaster Ave. Limited To 1 Lane In Radnor Nightly This Week
The work is tied to the ongoing work for the pedestrian bridge connecting the SEPTA platform and Villanova University.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Lancaster Avenue in Radnor Township will be limited to a single lane throughout the week to accommodate work on the pedestrian bridge connecting the SEPTA platform and Villanova University.
From Monday, Nov. 27 through Friday, Dec. 1, drivers on Lancaster Avenue will encounter a one-lane traffic patter between Spring Mill Road and Ithan Avenue.
The single-lane pattern will be in effect from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time when traveling through the work zone.
The contractor’s schedule is weather dependent.

The work is part of a $3.7 million local project to construct a new pedestrian bridge over Lancaster Avenue to connect Villanova University and the SEPTA platform.
Once completed, Villanova University will own and maintain the new bridge. The entire project is expected to finish in December 2018. Lancaster Ave.
