Lane Restrictions Announced On Lancaster Avenue

Villanova University is planning weekday lane restrictions on both directions of Lancaster Avenue between Spring Mill Road and Ithan Avenue in Radnor Township starting Wednesday.

The daytime lane restrictions, which will be in place through Sept. 16, are needed for traffic signal improvements, according to PennDOT.

Lane restrictions will be in place on both eastbound and westbound lanes weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through this work area, PennDOT said.

Villanova University will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
