Large, Hazardous Tree Being Removed From Willows Park Friday

Radnor Township's arborist condemned a large oak tree in the park. The public is urged to use caution while in the park Friday.

VILLANOVA, PA — Crews will be removing a large, hazardous tree in The Willows Park Friday, according to Radnor Township officials.

The work is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.

A crane will be required for the work, and due to its presence the exit portion of The Willows Park driveway will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Parkgoers will encounter signage and flaggers during the work.
