Main Line Chef Facing Charges For Sharing Ex's Intimate Photos: Police
The rising restaurateur is facing criminal charges as he plans to open a third restaurant in his name.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A rising chef in the Main Line culinary world is accused of nonconsensually accessing and distributing his ex-girlfriend's intimate photos.
Alessandro Fiorello, 29, owns Alessandro's Wood Fired Italian in Wayne and Alessandro's Pizzeria in West Chester. He plans to open a third Alessandro's restaurant in Bryn Mawr as he faces criminal charges.
Fiorello's ex-girlfriend told Conshohocken Police in August that he was messaging her intimate photos to her new boyfriend.

While they were dating in January, Fiorello accessed the victim's phone while she was asleep and took pictures of intimate photos she had stored, police said. She knew because Fiorello "confronted her" after, the affidavit says.
They broke up a few months later.

On Aug. 3, Fiorello began sending the victim's intimate photos to her new boyfriend, police said. The victim told investigators that she never shared the pictures with Fiorello and didn't give permission for them to be shared with others.
When the victim sent Fiorello screenshots to confront him, he messaged her "Your (sic) just mad you got exposed," the affidavit says.
Fiorello, of Conshohocken, was charged Sept. 1 with misdemeanor unlawful dissemination of intimate images and two counts of disorderly conduct for obscene language and gestures.
Misdemeanor charges of stalking and invasion of privacy were withdrawn.
Fiorello's attorney, Michael Kotik, declined comment.
A formal arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 4 at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
