Main Line Health Hosting Women's Health Week Series

All three discussions in the series will be streamed live on Facebook, so make sure you tune in to hear from experts.

Main Line Health is offering a few chances for women to learn about several topics that are central to being a healthy woman. Over three days, the healthcare provider will host three informational sessions for women and all will be broadcast on Facebook live.

Main Line Health is celebrating Women's Health Week on May 16, May 17, and May 18 with three sessions featuring women's health experts.

On Tuesday, May 16 at 11 a.m., Dr. Beverly Vaugn and Dr. Kate Hawthorne will be sharing information about hormones and hearts. Both Vaughn and Hawthorne are doctors at Laneknau Medical Center.

At 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, Lynn Freda, CRNP, of Bryn Mawr Hospital's Bariatric Program; Kristin Hock, RD, LDN, from Main Line Health Fitness & Wellness Center; and Deb Bosley, PT, GCS, Bryn Mawr Rehab will discuss women and weight loss.

Then at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 18, women can learn about sleep, stress and mindfulness from Liz Bland, MSW, LCSW, Main Line Health Women's Emotional Wellness Center; Catherine Riley, MD, Bryn Mawr Hospital; and Rochelle Goldberg, MD, Paoli Hospital Center.
