Main Line NAACP Hosting Town Hall On Racism In Education Thursday

The NAACP Main Line Branch is inviting students, parents, teachers, administrators and community members to attend the meeting in Radnor.

WAYNE, PA – Sixty-four years ago one of the most important Supreme Court decisions was handed down in the Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka case, ending segregated schools in the United States. And the NAACP Main Line Branch is hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Education Thursday, May 31 where local educators will weigh in on the state of race in education.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Radnor High School Auditorium.

School districts participating in the panel are Radnor, Lower Merion, Tredyffrin/Easttown, Great Valley, Haverford, and Upper Merion.

Students, parents, school board directors, teacher, staff, administrators, and any community members interested in the future of educating our children are invited to attend and participate in the meeting.
