In Upper Merion, police said Ansley masturbated under his clothing while talking with a woman in the toy section of Target in the King of Prussia Mall Monday afternoon

Then in the afternoon on Tuesday, Ansley came up to a woman in the children's department at Macy's in the King of Prussia Mall and started talking to her, which led to inappropriate questions, police said. Ansley then exposed his genitals and began masturbating.

Police said the woman recorded him and contacted police.
