The 51-year-old Philadelphia man is behind bars on $25,000 bail as he awaits his upcoming court appearance, according to court records.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – A Philadelphia man is behind bars and awaiting his upcoming court appearance after allegedly pulling a knife on a juvenile while riding a SEPTA bus in Radnor, according to court documents and a media report.
Dennis Palmer, 51, of Philadelphia, has been charged with making terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault, and possession of a weapon, according to court records.
He remains in custody after failing to post 10 percent of $25,000 bail at his preliminarily arraignment.

Palmer is accused of pulling a knife on a juvenile while riding a SEPTA bus in Radnor on the afternoon of Feb. 26, according to Main Line Media News.
The outlet report Palmer told police the juvenile was kicking his seat.
