Matsonford Road Pedestrian Bridge Closing Through Mid August
Work on the bridge will begin in mid May and last through mid August, closing the bridge for most of the summer.

WAYNE, PA — Due to repair and painting work, the Matsonford Road Pedestrian Bridge in Wayne is closing for several months, according to Radnor Township.
The bridge will close May 16 and reopen around Aug. 16, the township said.
Pedestrians will be able to use a detoured route that will allow the public to cross Matsonford Road at gradewhile the bridge is closed.

Also, during that time period, there will be traffic lane shifts, but lane closures are not anticipated.
The public should allow extra travel time while using the pedestrian detour or traveling through the project area.
