Meeting On Adolescent Sleep, School Start Time At Radnor HS Jan 7

The community is invited to attend a meeting on the Radnor Township School District's report on school start times and adolescent sleep.

WAYNE, PA – The Radnor Township School District community is invited to an upcoming meeting on the district's report and initial school start time recommendations.

The meeting will be held from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7 at Radnor High School.

All district parents, guardian, students, and community members are invited to share feedback on the report and its recommendation

The RTSD Adolescent Sleep and School Start Time Committee presented the report and recommendations to the RTSD School Board at a Nov. 13 Curriculum Committee of the Whole Board.

The committee recommends Radnor High School change its start from 7:35 a.m. to 8:30a.m. and a later school end time, from 2:27 p.m. to 3:04 p.m., to accommodate the change.
