Class number three in our Manager’s Challenge series with Radnor Township! Emma Fogt, MBA, MS, RD, FAND will lead a lively, interactive discussion about mindful eating. Explore the diet pitfalls and dangers that lurk in your everyday environment and discover how to eat less without even thinking about it!
