Governor Wolf will make a budget announcement at 10:30 a.m. The announcement will be streamed live HERE.

The announcement comes as lawmakers in Harrisburg struggle with a historic budget impasse.

Last week, efforts to reach an agreement on the budget collapsed and lawmakers left for the holidays. Instead, the Senate has sent to Gov. Tom Wolf’s desk the main appropriations bill in the House’s $30.3 billion spending plan, the Associated Press reported.

Wolf has not yet indicated if he will sign the bill, which includes less funding for schools and social services.
