PA High School Athletic Ranks: Radnor High School

See where Radnor HS ranks on Niche.com's list of best Pennsylvania high schools for athletes.

WAYNE, PA — Niche.com’s rankings for best high schools for athletes are out, and the results are good for Radnor High School.

The school was ranked the 9th best high school for athletes in Pennsylvania. Other local schools that were ranked well include Lower Merion with the top honors as the best school for athletes in PA, Coatesville (4th), Harriton (5th), Spring-Ford (6th), and Conestoga (7th).

The ranking takes five factors into account, including a parent/student survey on school sports, the number of sports offered, the participation of girls, and, separately, the participation of boys, and expenses per student. Data is collected from Niche.com users, the National Center for Education Statistics, and the Civil Rights Data Collection service.

The number one ranked school in the nation was Illinois’ Adlai E. Stevenson High School.
