PA Woman Wanted For Setting Up N.J. Robberies

Kayla C. Rodriguez, 20, was last seen just a few miles from her home in Scranton, Lackawanna County, on Monday.

A woman who is wanted for orchestrating two Hackettstown robberies was spotted in Pennsylvania, police said.

Kayla C Rodriguez, 20, was seen in Moosic, Pa. on Monday, just six miles away from her hometown of Scranton (both are in Lackawanna County).

Police said she was at the Preferred Meals parking lot, driving a 2005 maroon Jeep Liberty, with a Pennsylvania license plate, KDC4126. She was accompanied by a black man who was not identified.

Earlier this year, Rodriguez began a relationship with a Hackettstown man, setting him up for a robbery by her boyfriend, Frank Williams, Jr. of Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

She's being charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary for a June 9 incident and robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery for a June 27 incident.

Williams was arrested but Rodriguez is still missing. She is described as 5 foot 7 inches, with brown eyes and hair, and is white and/or Hispanic, police believe.
