Paint Like the Masters: Audubon Birds

llustrate A North American bird in the style of John James Audubon, renowned naturalist and painter. We will look at Audubon’s reproductions and then, you will choose an American bird of your choice and paint your own version in its habitat using Guoache, an opaque watercolor of vibrant color. Audubon’s reproductions & bird photography will be available.

Each workshop will focus on the work and style of a different important artist from history. Children will be inspired by famous artworks, while learning techniques that they can bring to their own masterpieces! All materials included.
