VILLANOVA, PA – The holiday season is intended to be joyous, with celebrations of full of food, gifts, family, and more. But all those can lead to some serious stress and anxiety.

Luckily, a local church wants to help you destress this season as you bake, send cards, decorate, shop, and entertain during the "the happiest time of the year."

Christ Church Ithan is hosting a panel to help ease your holiday anxieties and stress.

At 7 p.m., on Monday, Dec. 11 at Christ Church Ithan, 536 Conestoga Road in Villanova, the panel will convene to explore the dynamics and physical impact of this challenging holiday spiral, and learn realistic strategies to ease the stress and bring balance to this time of year.

The panel consists of community professionals who will discuss mental and physical health and wellness, and offer useful strategies that will help us better enjoy this wonderful and time of the year in spite of the hype.
