PECO Work Lasting 16 Weeks In Radnor Starts Thursday
PECO will be working on South Wayne Avenue for weeks, causing road closures from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

RADNOR, PA – PECO work slated to begin this week in Radnor will last about 16 weeks as crews work to install gas mains along South Wayne Avenue in the township. The work will begin at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, May 4.
According to the township, PECO will work between Runnymede Avenue and Conestoga Road weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Drivers should plan for extra travel time on South Wayne Avenue during these work hours.

PECO said work may occur on roadways, sidewalks, and residential properties.
The company also said some homes may have gas shut off for four to eight hours at times as crews work to install new gas mains.

Customers will have to provide access to gas equipment and appliances and PECO said it will move indoor gas meters to the outside during this time.
