Police in State College could be making arrests related to a riot that broke out after Penn State won the Big 10 Championship over Wisconsin Saturday, according to NBC 10.
The outlet reports arrests could be made in several minor property damage incidents Saturday night.
The damage occurred in the Beaver Canyon area of State College and led to street lamps and street signs being damaged, NBC 10 reports.
