CNN News affiliate Gant News reports the married couple was arrested and charged after a woman brought a camera to the Clearfield County SPCA in late November that had videos of Rachael Harris allegedly attempting to perform sexual acts with a dog.

A relative of Rachael and Corey Harris confirmed last week with state police that Rachael was the person in the video, Gant reports.
