Pennsylvania Man Sexually Assaulted 7-Year-Old Girl, Took Nude Pictures: DA
In addition to felony sexual abuse of children, the suspect is facing 225 counts of possession of child pornography, the DA said.
A Delaware County man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl inside her home in Middletown, Delaware, according to the District Attorney's Office.
Delaware County DA Jack Whelan's office said that Charles Maffei, 41, of Aston, was taken into custody on Tuesday.
Maffei allegedly assaulted the 7-year-old girl at her home, took naked photographs of her, and saved them to a flash storage drive, the DA said.

In addition to felony sexual abuse of children, he is facing 225 counts of possession of child pornography, according to authorities.
Officials said they were tipped off to Maffei's activities after receiving a tip of a potential assault in Middletown, Delaware.

Maffei was sent to Delaware County prison after failing to post $250,000 bail, the DA's office said. A preliminary hearing has been set for August 24.
