Pennsylvania Symphonic Winds - Sunday, Nov 23, 2:30p - Radnor Middle School Concert Hall in Wayne

Please join the PSW at a free concert as they perform the musical story "Peter and the Wolf," Disney's "Frozen," "Band of Brothers," + more!

THIS SUNDAY!   November 23, 2014 at 2:30 pm, the Pennsylvania Symphonic Winds will perform at Radnor Middle School Concert Hall, 150 Louella Ave., Wayne, PA.

Our program includes music from Disney’s popular “Frozen” and the enchanting musical story of “Peter & the Wolf.” “The Fly” by Oscar Navarro features interesting visual effects and PSW member Jeff Hart debuts his creation “The Garnet and White March.” Also featured: Concert Prelude, Band of Brothers, Cavalry of the Steppes, Sonoran Desert Holiday, and Four Scottish Dances.

This is the American band with a British accent! Director Phil Evans provides an entertaining program of challenging music in a British style. A native of England, Mr. Evans has performed and studied music and conducting for many years. He served as Bandmaster for The Band of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines in Portsmouth and has performed for the Queen.
