After weeks of persisting asbestos issues, Alexander K. McClure Elementary School is open for students, faculty, and staff.

PHILADELPHIA — After weeks of asbestos-related issues, Alexander K. McClure Elementary School is open again.
The School District of Philadelphia said the school had repairs to address asbestos in the school.
After side-by-side testing following the work, the district confirmed that the school was safe for the re-occupancy of students and staff.
