Philly Man Arrested For Radnor Vehicle Break-In: Police

The Philadelphia man arrested in connection with the break-in has a long criminal history in Delaware County, going back to 2011.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A Philadelphia man with a lengthy criminal history in Delaware County has been arrested in connection with a vehicle break-in Radnor Township, police said.

Radnor Police said Martin Howard, 27, of Philadelphia, was arrested Monday, Sept. 23.

Howard has been charged with loitering and prowling at night, theft from a motor vehicle, and receiving stolen property.

He's being held on 10 percent of $50,000 bail and is slated for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 10.

Police began investigating a vehicle break-in that occurred on Vauclain Lane in Rosemont on Sept. 8.

The victim gave police video footage of the suspect going through their vehicle and police later canvassed the area which led them to find more footage of the suspect.

Police said the identified the suspect at Howard and arrested him Monday.

Howard has been involved in Delaware County courts since 2011. He's bee involved in drug, theft, trespassing and related cases.
