Photographer Sought For Radnor Township Community Events

Radnor's Recreation & Community Programming Department needs someone to shoot upcoming events. See details on the opportunity here.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Calling all Radnor-area photographers: the Radnor Township Recreation & Community Programming Department is looking for a professional photographer to shoot some upcoming events.

These services would be primarily in-kind with some compensated services per the outline below.

The three events are Mother Daughter Princess Tea Party on Sunday, Nov. 11, Daddy Daughter Dance tentatively on Friday, Feb. 8, and new for 2019 a Mother Son Superhero Challenge on Sunday, Jan. 20.

All the events run for two hours to two-and-a-half hours.

The following services would need to be provided for each of the three events:

  • Take pictures of the participants on the day of the event in an established photo booth activity (photo-booth style pictures) – one free photo will be provided; all other photos will be available for a fee that is communicated in advance.
  • Provide the photographer(s), backdrop, and lighting
  • Participants will have access to their photos after the event through an email from Radnor Township and a link will be provided to a private album and access to the free photo.
  • Informal/candid pictures will also be taken of the additional activities taking place during the event.
  • Make available all event photos for use by Radnor Township and other specific sponsorswho are a part of each event.

Radnor Township will provide the following for this in-kind sponsorship:

  • Recognition on all related event promotional materials:
    • Published marketing materials
    • Event flyer
    • Department Brochure
    • Logo on the event specific website with a clickable link to your organization’s page
    • Logo on the main page of the Radnor Township website with a clickable link to your organization’s page
  • Live recognition at the event
  • Opportunity to include promotional items in guests’ gift bags
