Pick Up Your Dog's Poop: Radnor Police

Police said they've gotten complaints of neglected dog poop in the South Wayne area and remind residents not picking up waste is punishable.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Apparently neighbors in South Wayne are not being mindful of their dogs' waste.

Radnor Township Police said they have gotten complaints dog poop being left in South Wayne.

Residents say owners are not cleaning up dog waste in the area, including Midland and Windermere avenues, according to police.

Not cleaning up after your dog is an ordinance violation that is taken very seriously and offenders will be cited.

Offenders can be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and — in default of payment of such fine and costs — to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days.
