Radnor Board Of Commissioners Candidate Forum Set For Oct. 30​

Get to know the people on the Nov. 7 ballot as they weigh in on local issues at a public forum at 7 p.m. on Monday at the township building.

RADNOR, PA – On Monday, Oct. 30, candidates vying for Board of Commissioners seats in Radnor Township's 2nd, 4th, and 6th wards will participate in a forum to weigh in on local issues ahead of the upcoming general election.

The forum, presented by the Radnor League of Women Voters, will feature the following candidates you'll see on the ballot this Nov. 7:

  • Ward 2
    • Heidi Diskin (Democrat)
    • Richard Booker (Republican, incumbent)
  • Ward 4
    • Lisa Borowski (Democrat)
    • John C. McMeekin (Republican)
  • Ward 6
    • Mollie Plotkin (Democrat)
    • Jake Abel (Republican)

The forum will be held at 7 p.m. in the Radnor Township building, 301 Iven Ave., Radnor.

Candidates will be able make opening and closing statements, as well as answer questions provided by the League of Women voters and the public.

The forum will be televised and residents can submit questions for consideration by emailing them to lwvradnor@gmail.com.
