Radnor Township Board of Commissioners President James Higgins will resign at the start of Monday's meeting, he told Main Line Suburban Life.
Higgins told the publication his resignation is due to a "mistake" that caused him to request almost $1 million in funding for a stormwater management project that had already been passed.
Higgins told the newspaper he was stepping down "for the good of the board and for the good of the township.”
