Radnor Boys Win at Stotesbury Cup Regatta
The Stotesbury Cup Regatta is the largest high school regatta with crews coming from all parts of the United States and Canada.

Lisa Borowski provided Radnor Patch an update on how some of the Radnor Boys crew performed at the Stotesbury Cup Regatta:
In an impressive show of technical skill, strength and heart, the Radnor Boys JV 4+ took 2nd place against a strong field of competitors in the Boys Junior 4+ category at the prestigious Stotesbury Cup Regatta held on the Schuylkill River, May 17th & 18th.

The crew of Evan Horvath, Chad Beverly, Will Aftring, Jack Palmer, and cox Will Moore emerged from an original field of 61 boats to capture 2nd place, missing first place by less than two seconds. (photo) Radnor continued to show its strength as the Boys Lightweight 8+ advanced to the finals.
The boat included Dan Hughes, Brandon Lorenz, Stephen Fitch, Connor Kerpius, Kevin Janson, Alex Chain, Jack Breen, George Walker and cox Henry Leonardi gained strength and speed as the season progressed and turned in an impressive performance at Stotesbury placing 6th in the finals.

Three other Radnor Boys Crew boats turned in fine performances including the Freshman 8+ (crew of Benton Duncan, Tim Stavrokos, Tom Redmond, Ryan Borowski, Colin Zwagerman, Drew Addis, Oscar Glassman, Stephen Ching and cox Zach Pepper); the Senior Double of John Hagstrom and Shrey Parmar; and the Senior 4+ of Berk Atillasoy, Jake Bragdon, Alex Bowden, Sam Hastings, and cox Jeff Rosen.
It was a day of firsts for RBCC as they placed two boats in the Finals, and, for the first time, placed an 8 + in a final.
The Stotesbury Cup Regatta is the largest high school regatta with crews coming from all parts of the United States and Canada. Over 5,000 athletes competed in the two-day event.
