Radnor Citizen's Police Academy Offers Hands-On Look At Local Policing

Cadets in the Radnor Citizen's Police Academy will learn about the investigation process, prosecution, traffic stops, SWAT, and more.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Township Police are inviting members of the community to sign up for their Citizen's Police Academy program.

The 9-week program will clue cadets into the daily operations of the police department and allows them to participate in hands-on training similar to the police academy.

Radnor Township Police Sgt. Brady McHale told Patch topics in the academy include K9 units, traffic stops, SWAT teams, and the prosecution processes from members of the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
