Radnor Commissioner's Child Porn Hearing Pushed Back
Commissioner Phil Ahr was set to appear in court Thursday, but documents show that hearing was pushed back to late November.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Radnor Township Commissioner Phil Ahr was set to appear in a Delaware County court Thursday for a preliminary hearing on the child pornography charges filed against him recently. However, court records show Ahr's Oct. 26 hearing was continued and will now be held on Nov. 30.
Ahr, who stepped down as the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners President but is keeping his Ward 7 seat, is facing 10 counts of disseminating child pornography, 50 counts of child pornography possession, 60 counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and 10 counts of attempted dissemination of child pornography.

Ahr, 66, is free on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
He was arrested on Oct. 11 after turning himself in to Delaware County authorities.

A resident of Ward 7 launched a petition calling for Ahr to remove himself completely from the board of commissioners.
