Radnor Eatery Hosting Special Bourbon Dinner Next Week

RADNOR, PA – Next week, Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar in Radnor will host a one-time-only special dinner event that is perfect for all the bourbon lovers on the Main Line.

At 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24, the popular eatery will serve a five-course bourbon dinner.

Diners will enjoy the five courses and a special bourbon pairing with each course, even dessert.

Check out the courses below:

• 1st Course
  • Magret Duck Prosciutto with wood-grilled frisée, orange scented ricotta, mico mustard greens, roasted crapes, thyme and brown buttered popcorn, which will be paired with a Chai Honey Old Fashioned using Basil Hayden's bourbon
• 2nd Course
  • Cider Braised Pork Cheeks with parsnip-black pepper biscuit, pimento cheese and house-made pickle chips, paired with a Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour featuring Buffalo Trace
• 3rd Course
  • Cast Iron Pan-Fried Cornmeal Trout with corn-chili remoulade, fried green tomato relish and pickled jalapeno soup, paired with a Jalapeno Spiked Bourbon Julep using Koval Organic Rye
• 4th Course
  • Bourbon-Aged Soy-Glazed Short Rib with soft bloody butcher grits, fleur de sel caramel butter, bourbon ginger carrots and tangerine lace, paired with a Kentucky Mule utilizing Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
• Dessert
  • Butter Pecan Shortbread Cookies with bourbon vanilla whipped cream, paired with Hut Butter Bourbon using Kinsey Bourbon from Philadelphia

"These specialty dinners are always a lot of fun, and a total experience with a delectable variety of foods and flavors which pair perfectly together," Dave Magrogan, Harvest owner, said. "Executive Chef Josh Short meticulously orchestrated this menu, and crafted some pretty perfect bourbon pairings for each course. We're really looking forward to this night filled with delicious fall food and bourbon combinations."

Reservations are required for the dinner, which costs $69 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar is located at 555 E. Lancaster Ave., Radnor.
