Radnor Eatery Offering 3 Special Mother's Day Dishes Sunday

RADNOR, PA – As Mother's Day approaches, many are likely planning a meal with their mothers to honor the dedication to nurturing us they show. And Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Radnor is offering special dishes just for the special day with mom.

On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, the eatery will give guests three new, unique-t0-mother's day dished.

The special dishes are:

• Smoked Salmon Benedict with spring onion leek fritter, poached eggs, dill crema, pickled Fresno chili and hollandaise on an English muffin and served with a Harvest Salad;
• Crab Cakes with chili-corn remoulade, fried green tomato relish, smoked bacon & spring vegetable succotash, corn shoots and chive pesto;
• and Churrasco Steak & Eggs, a flat-iron steak with chimichurri, fried egg, yucca-chorizo hash, lime and cilantro

The Smoked Salmon Benedict will be available during brunch hours only, which are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Reservations are highly recommended for peak brunch and dinner hours.

"I believe that Mother's Day is arguably the most important holiday of the year, as nobody deserves to be celebrated more than the mothers in all of our lives," said owner Dave Magrogan. "They do so much for us, and they deserve a day to sit back and have the food come to them. We always love hosting a special day for moms at Harvest, and Chef Short has created some seriously delicious dishes for them to enjoy on their special day."

The regular brunch, lunch and dinner menus will also be available all day, but Harvest's Executive Chef Josh Short is really excited for the special dishes which he created for Mother's Day.

"Brunch is a big deal at Harvest on Sundays, and there are few meals anywhere that are bigger than brunch on Mother's Day," he said. "On a day designated for moms to indulge, we thought these three dishes would be perfect."

Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar is located at 555 E Lancaster Ave in Radnor.
