Boy's Leg Got Stuck In Snowblower; Radnor Firefighters Saved Him

RADNOR, PA — A teenage boy recently visited Radnor firefighters to thank them for rescuing him from a snowblower accident after the recent blizzard.

The boy's leg got caught in a snowblower the afternoon of Feb. 23 on the 200 block of Midland Avenue, according to the Radnor Fire Company.

Arriving firefighters aided the victim and stabilized him while others disassembled the snowblower blades.

The boy's leg was dislodged, and he was brought to the hospital.

Recently, the victim and his father stopped by the fire station to thank members for their help that day.

"RFC wishes him well and hopes for a speedy recovery!" the Radnor Fire Company said on social media.
