Radnor High Students Heading To State Business Conference
Of the 35 students who participated in the 2017 FBLA Region 19 Leadership Conference, 17 are heading to the state competition in Hershey.

RADNOR, PA – Recently, 35 Radnor High School students who participate in the school's chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) competed in the regional leadership conference at Widener University to make a bid for the state competition in Hershey. Of those 35, nearly half advanced to the next round.
According to the Radnor Township School District, 17 students will represent RHS at the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference Monday, April 8 through Wednesday, April 11 in Hershey.
FBLA requirements for advancement in both individual and team competitive, objective testing events is a first, second, or third place finish. To advance in a performance event, students must place first.

The RHS students who advanced to the state conference are:

- Joshua Yoo (1st Place, Introduction to Financial Math)
- Lucy Hederick (2nd Place, Introduction to Business Communication)
- Emilija Sagaityte (2nd Place, Journalism)
- Julia Grossinger (3rd Place, Entrepreneurship)
- Esther Paik (3rd Place, Entrepreneurship
- Lauren Yang (3rd Place, Healthcare Administration)
- Eliza Hastings (3rd Place, Introduction Business Communication)
- Baylee Huang (3rd Place, Introduction to Financial Math)
