RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — With summer nearly here, the Radnor Township Recreation & Community Programming Department is looking to fill several openings for the Radnor Day Camp this summer.
The township is looking for dependable, enthusiastic, self-starters who enjoy working with children.
Summer positions are for six weeks, plus training.

All positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and some positions may already be filled by returning staff from the previous summer. Interested parties should call for dates and more information on available positions.
Radnor Day Camp is a six-week summer day camp for children entering grades 1 through 9. Planned activities include arts & crafts, sports & games, swimming, Camp Olympics and other yearly traditions, creative & performing arts, field trips, and more.
Positions include:
- Camp Director
- Assistant Director
- Supports all areas of the delivery of camp and assists the Director in various areas
- Excursions Coordinator
- Coordinates field trips and assists the Director of camp in various areas
- Performing Arts Coordinator/Dance Coordinator
- Special Events & Games Coordinator
- Creative Crafts Coordinator
- Sports & Games Coordinator
- Aquatics Coordinator
- Assistant Aquatics Director
- Lifeguard/Swim Instructors
- Imaginative Arts Coordinator
- Specialty Coordinators

In addition to the job, the Radnor Township Recreation & Community Programming Department is seeking qualified applicants for an internship position as a Summer Camp Intern.
The internship is available for individuals working towards a degree in Sport and Recreation Management, Parks and Recreation Management, Business Management, Education or a related field.
Student interns will have the opportunity to work closely within a local government parks and recreation department summer camp environment gaining valuable work experience in recreation and camp administration, customer service skills, leadership, facility operations, and communication.
Radnor Township provides a great experience for students interested in the field of parks and recreation management, operations, and services.

All internships are unpaid. They are designed for students to gain valuable hands-on experiences from which they will benefit towards their career development.
