Radnor Hosting Weekly Workout Classes Jan 5 To Feb 23
The program will use a combination of body weight strengthening exercises and cardio such as jump squats, planks, push-ups, and more.
WAYNE, PA — The Radnor Township Parks and Recreation Department is planning to host high intensity interval training classes in the new year.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) classes will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Wednesdays Jan. 5 through Feb. 23 at the Radnor Activity Center, 125 S. Wayne Ave. in Wayne.
The program will incorporate a combination of body weight strengthening exercises and cardio. Exercises such as jump squats, planks, push-ups, and burpees should be expected

The cost for all eight weeks of classes if $160 for residents and $195 for non-residents. Drop in rates are $25 per class for residents and $55 for non-residents.
In the event of unforeseen situations such as those imposed by inclement weather or health and safety issues, cancellations may occur.
