Radnor HS Is PA's 3rd Most Challenging School, Washington Post Says
Some highlights that make Radnor HS stand out are its nearly perfect graduation rate, 26 AP courses, and how many students attend college.

WAYNE, PA – New rankings from the Washington Post have looked at high schools across the country and listed them by most challenging to least challenging. The Main Line area stood out among schools in Pennsylvania, with Radnor High School earning a great rank.
According to the Post, Radnor High School is Pennsylvania's third most challenging school.
Radnor was behind Harriton High School (2nd) and Julia R. Masterman (1st) in Philadelphia.

Radnor beat out other Main Line schools including Conestoga (5th) Great Valley (8th) and Marple Newtown (31st) in the rankings.
Radnor High School was ranked 524th nationally, according to the Post.

The ranks look at how students are challenged in the schools.
A ratio of 1.000 means the school had as many tests as graduates.
Their enrollment of 1,198 was complemented by 26 AP courses, according to the study. Their "index" measurement, which determined their placing, was 3.479; the school, therefore, had about that many tests per graduating student.
Radnor High School also boasts a 99.65 percent rate for students who graduate in four years and 91 percent of its students attend a four-year college upon graduation.
